We are specialist in Seafood sourcing and quality control from Vietnam

OFCO has been set-up by Jean-Charles Diener(1).
Jean-Charles Diener since 2001 has been working in Vietnam developing the export of Pangasius. Strong of this experience, he established OFCO in 2007 and extended his activities to other items such as Clams, Shrimps, Cephalopod and Seawater Fish. On February 2008, OFCO became an associate member of the VASEP(2).

Where are we?
OFCO offices are located in Hong Kong for the trading activities of the company and in Ho Chi Minh for the sourcing, quality control and export of seafood from Vietnam. Always on the road, its devoted team keeps seeking for new suppliers and visits their regular one to re-audit their facilities or inspect some products.

What do we do ?
We are providing services to worldwide buyer on their purchase from Vietnam. OFCO has been set-up as an intermediary between Vietnamese companies and worldwide buyers protected the interests of both parts indispensable for a long term business development
OFCO commitment is to do its best to ensure the satisfaction of its customers and help them to develop their business in Vietnam successfully supplying high quality service and high quality product. “The best product comes with the best service”.
OFCO works as agent and trader, supplying the best seafood Vietnam can offer. Moreover, for the customers already aware of the business in Vietnam, OFCO offers its inspection service before loading and after the customer confirmed the order directly to the supplier.

On the other hand, OFCO is helping the factories to optimize their capacities and so becoming more competitive and attractive for the customers. OFCO is working with over 30 processing partners in Vietnam supplying a large range of products to customers around the world. Their expert knowledge of the market has seen them build a reputation for “finding the right factory for the right customer”..

(1) :With a master in agronomy specialized in aquaculture, obtained in France, Mr. Diener Jean-Charles developed a farming of Tilapia in Africa. In Philippines, he worked with the Cirad(3) on the Black Tiger farming and in Vietnam he started to work in 2001 on the Pangasius farming and contributed to develop feed for Pangasius farming within Proconco(4).
